Making A Purchase
Our buying experience could not be easier… Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, royal mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
We can deliver to the UK, Europe and Worldwide. UK standard next working day delivery is £8.50 on all orders regardless of size and European shipping is £25.00. Please contact us for worldwide shipping.

Delivery Schedule
For orders received before 3pm, we will normally send your order to you next working day, however some locations like Northern Scotland and the Islands may take an additional day . International orders are generally received in under 8 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added

Returns Policy
Returns Within 14 Days of receipt of goods
Your purchase is protected by a 14-day return policy. We will refund any charges less shipping costs and a re-stocking fee where applicable. Please note that in all circumstances a Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the product back to us. Products must be returned in their original packaging, which must not be defaced in any way, consequently, we recommend that they should be shipped inside extra packaging. Unfortunately, because it will limit our ability to resell the lamp module, if these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to levy an increased restocking charge or reject the goods.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products.

Refunds for purchases made by cheque or wire transfer will be paid by refund cheque after inspection of returned products.

Requesting A Return Merchandise Authorisation (R.M.A.)
To request a return please contact us on 0871 873 2494 or email us at returns@onlyprojectorlamps.com. Once a return authorisation number is given it remains valid for 10 business days (two weeks).
